For years I have been a clinical therapist working with youth and adults suffering from anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I most recently decided to honour my intuitive nature and dive deep into the metaphysics of the universe as I felt that in order to heal the mind, the soul needs to drive.
I hold a doctrine in Metaphysics and am a certified Spiritual Counsellor. As a metaphysician, my goal is to help people move towards responsibility and acceptance of self. I use my intuitive gifts to allow your soul to speak and take you on a journey through self discovery.
In addition to Spiritual Counselling, I am a Level 2 QHHT Practitioner. Guiding my clients through past lives helping to find answers and heal what isn’t working within their current life — the past holds the key.

Spiritual Counselling is a journey through self-discovery leading to the understanding of concepts such as “free will”, energetic vibrations, law of attraction, self-concept, self-responsibility and ultimately leading to self-completeness.
To create a coherence and balance of the mind, body, and soul is to find awareness and peace within the “here and now”.
QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a method of hypnosis developed by Dolores Cannon which involves inducing an individual into the Somnambulistic state of trance (theta brainwave) through various visualization techniques.
This method assists individuals through past life regression guided by the practitioner moving through to significant experiences during past lives, giving answers to questions and circumstances effecting this current lifetime.
Once the individual has experienced important previous lives and gained an understanding of life’s purpose, etc., the practitioner will then gain access with permission to speak to the “Subconscious” or “Higher Self”.
This part of ourselves is always present and exists just below the surface of our conscious mind holding the abundance of answers to all of life’s questions, even performing instantaneous healings when appropriate.
